What we do

GBDF receives educational and training grants that are aimed to provide educational, awareness, and skill-building training venues for the international bleeding disorders communities. We provide management, planning, and oversight of meetings and events which includes coordination of airfare, lodging, meals, ground transportation, printing, and other services needed.

– To provide guidance on how to formulate SMART Goals for advocacy efforts

– To describe the steps involved in the drug development process
– To describe the advances in the development of coagulation factor concentrates and novel therapeutic agents
– To provide education regarding state of the art treatment for hemophilia

– To provide basic knowledge on the treatment and management of hemophilia
– To provide key knowledge regarding complication and management associated with hemophilia

– To enhance leadership strengths
– To develop communication, strategic thinking, and team building skills
